Der Fortschritt bei medikamentösen Tumortherapien ist gross und wichtig, birgt aber auch die Gefahr von Überbehandlung. «Choosing wisely» und das Prinzip «less is more» gewinnen zunehmend auch in der Onkologie an Bedeutung.
